What types of services do we provide?
We provide luxury linen hire for all special occasions including: Table linen, overlays, chair covers, napkins and napkin rings on request. We also provide event decor and management services to make your event the most memorable day of your life!
where do we deliver?
We are based in London and deliver only to the surrounding boroughs, however do get in touch to see whether we can cater to your event. We will always give our 110% to you.
how do i place an order?
You will need to email us with your enquiry of products, then we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability. Just add everything to your basket and drop us a short email with all the details of your event. Once stock has been confirmed, we will email you a confirmation with an invoice and our terms and conditions.
do i need to make a deposit?
Yes, you will need to provide us with a 50% deposit which will be required upon confirmation and returned after full payment.
do we deliver to events internationally?
Yes, we definitely do however extra charges will be incurred.
what is our damage policy?
All products must be returned in the state they were provided. We do not require you to wash linens however any damage incurred that may include burns, tears, excessive melted wax, mold or dark stains will make you liable to cover the cost of replacement. You must return the damaged item back to us as it is the property of Table Tassels.
how can I obtain your prices?
You can simply add all your intended hire products to your basket and send us an email on Hello@TableTassels.co.uk and we will give you a quote within 24 hours. We will need details of your event as well in order to give you an accurate quote.
what are our drop & collection policies?
We collect the day after your event. We provide the set up service of linen on the day of your event.
Do we collaborate with other event suppliers?
